Processing method:A, quickly open the cold wind valve, shut off the hot blast valve;B, beat the original coal, check the tremie pipe, and stabbed the material to normal.

3, coal grinding out from coal mill

Processing method:A, chain jump stop feeding equipment.B, quickly closed hot air valve, open the cold air valve, control export air temperature is less than 85 ℃.C, the slow coal mill machine, relevant personnel to check troubleshooting, in-process test with and without exception alarm.D, a short period of time (less than 15 min) open don’t have to stop the main exhaust fan, but pay attention to the bag dust collecting temperature and CO content changes.
